After loads of media reporting, some good and some bad (the clothe was widely derided as something you’d buy on clearance at Halloween Discount Outlet), NBC has just put down hopeful Adrianne Palicki fans by passing on the “Wonder Woman” pilot. The series was proposed as a reboot of the DC Comics character, with Wonder Woman, aka Diana Prince (Palicki) as a new woman leveling her divinely glorious mission of do-gooding with the high-stress job of a corporate executive. Now that NBC has declined to pick up the show, it’s unlikely that “Wonder Woman” will ever see the flickering light of viewer’s TVs, though it may find new life as a Web series. Mr. Skin doesn’t need a golden lasso of truth to tell you: as long as Adrianne is in a swimsuit, he doesn’t care where she shows up!
